Below you will find an email I got from the GIT this past week...after I said he should send a letter if he felt this way to the courthouse and terminate his parental rights. I am SO glad all I need is 60 days of no contact at all from him.. and I believe these emails are evidence enough to warrant his parental rights to be terminated.....I wished I could tell him this...."Drop dead!"

"Do you not get the hint ?? You chose to have thatchild of yours alone.-Now you lay in your bed.,.Thatchild is not mine, And NEVER WILL BE! let me explainin english....That child has a compulsiveliar...deceitful....nasty...improper...vindictive.....andtotally NUTS!! Sorry i cannot and will not like tomeet your child whilst in your care...NEVER! "

So you can see what I type to him....I will paste what I had typed to him.
And as you see above, that was his response to this email below I sent to him. More then likely Gimpy wrote this for him though when my EX GIT was in a rage emailing he typed like this.....oh what a lovely wimpy-gimpy couple they make!

Let me get this right... you do not want to ever have anything to do with our son, whom YOU deny and have from the start by not wanting to do the DNA cause you think I messed around......yet even with your KNOWING the reason why you are not named on the birth certificate after a kidnapping threat you made, and my giving our son my maiden name so you cant obtain a passport...... you did not think you were the father, yet changed your name to that of our son. And refuse to do the DNA to clear yourself.

You have never made any effort to see our son, have been hellbent on a personal vendetta against me which has not been beneficial to our sons life. You have not shown any concern for our son, you let others do your work.....hence calling DCF out once, along with the police to do well checks.........when you then knew our home address. It shows just how selfish and lazy and cheap you are. Taking the easy way out... saying you have proof from Paul,your brother that he slept with me....at your dead moms funeral.. of all days to tell you, as your email claimed!

Don't do anything........as you have....just shows I am right about you all along. I guess I can thank you .......just for being yourself! Then I guess its good I wont ever hear from you again, right? What has been your reasons all this time for bothering me if you have felt you were not our sons father? It shows you have done nothing but harass me....and have been vindictive and combative towards me....never caring about our son....for 32 months. Your emails clearly show a hidden agenda. Thanks... You dont have to do anything ... you havent for 32 months, still denying you are the biological father....so why would you start now??

Just shows how cold hearted of a man you are and that I married....your actions speak so much louder then your words........all this time 32 months...I find it sad at how you deny our son of knowing you and how you refuse to still fly over to see him. Jealous of a child......
